Health Career Scholarship
$250 - $500 Scholarship Awards
To be Eligible, the applicant must:
  1. Be a resident of the Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center service area (Kapolei to Kaena point)
  2. Be in financial need
  3. Be enrolled in or entering into a health-related field of study
  4. Be enrolled in or accepted into college or a post-secondary program
  5. Have maintained a B average (3.0) or better in present or past enrollment in school
  6. Renewal is only for a five year period
To Apply:
*Application forms are available on request at the WCCHC Ho`olokahi Department (808-696-1440), Waianae High School, Nanakuli High and Intermediate School, Wai`anae Health Academy, and UH-Manoa Campus.
    Information Required of the applicant:
  1. A Statement regarding educational goals
  2. Information regarding financial need
  3. College acceptance letter
  4. Information on the field of study
  5. Current school transcript, high school or post-secondary program
